Product was great, well designed and great quality. Follow up customer service wasn’t - no return policy, no refund options. Tray was half a cm too big for the space I needed and no option to replace it, ended up reselling it and buying an alternative from another store.

I love that it comes with the step and metal litter scoop. The info card about healthy cat poops is also great. The rim on top of the tray does come in very far - I would prefer if it was more like a tall wall around the tray so my cats can still comfortably turn around and dig. Not too much of a problem though as I just leave the rim off the tray. Would also be cool to see you guys work with some cat rescues in Australia!

Best litter tray ever! We’ve had our cats for 15 years and tried so may different litter trays including automated ones. The design of the barely there litter tray is a a standout - from the ease of scooping (lid is easily removable) to the quality of the scooper and the convenient integrated scoop holder. Our 2 cats took to instantly, there is no smell and we are so pleased with this investment. Would highly recommend.

I like it, and it's durable and of great quality. One issue I've come accross with the slide-out sieve is that I think the sieve tray should have sieving holes not all the way to the sides - sawdust does fall through and mostly ends up on the tray below, but some also ends up on the rims and can fall out. I think the sieving area should just be a tad smaller, which would make the cleaning up even better.

These are great. I'm no longer having to bend down so far and the different sized mesh means as much clean litter falls back into the tray as possible. It saves so much more litter than my old cheap mesh one that I've had for years.

It is larger than I thought it was going to be, I clearly got my measurements wrong! Its not an issue as I had the space and have 2 larger cats.
Had it for about a month now and Im sure there is less smell than the plastic plastic trays.

This stainless steel litter box is brilliant! The low profile entrance makes it nice and easy for her to step in an out of, and it holds a lot of litter. As it’s made of stainless steels I’m able to carry out regular spot cleans which is great as my cat is super sensitive to odours.

We got the xL Round Stainless steel it is great all though our bengal is big it could have been about 4 inches higher that would have been great
But both Bengals love it

I have bred cats , Sphynx, only a few litters over a few years , so had plenty of litter boxes. When I saw this litter box I immediately was intrigued , would it stop the cascade of litter from being thrown over the side -and yes - it's wonderful. Those tall sides are excellent , there is no smell, and cats love it .

Very happy with our new cat litter trays, we bought two. While they are expensive, they do not need replacing and they do hold a lot of litter. I love the added high side, which stops little accidents. We are definitely getting less litter on the floor due to those too. The mat at the front traps pretty much anything that does escape. Plus Ruby 🐈 seems to really enjoy sitting one it. My favourite thing about this order is that they were dispatched from an Australian warehouse, delivery was very quick. Definitely recommend this company.

This litter box has been a game-changer for managing smells in my apartment, with significantly less litter smell coming from the stainless steel compared to previous plastic boxes I have used. Price was also very reasonable, especially when high-quality plastic boxes are often just as expensive.

I love that the metal doesn’t small like the old plastic box did. However, my kitten does not like going in over the top so I have to leave the ‘front door’ open. She prefers to enter and exit that way. And I couldn’t get the older cat to go from above at all—she was terrified.Since my puppy was trying to eat the pellets, it hasn’t really solved the problem.

I purchased the enclosed littler box because my older cat needs the cover to contain her urine.
It’s quite large which she prefers so it does require a lot of Kitty litter if you cat likes to cover up their business.
I had a plastic one before and it always smelt even after washing it but this doesn’t smell at all and is easy to scoop up any the cats business.
I was worried about the flap at the entrance of the box as mycat has never used one before but she was okay with it and transitioned easily from her existing litter box to the. Barely There litter box.

So glad I upgraded from the plastic litter tray. It's super clean, good amount of depth to hold a lot of litter. The trapping mat is the best I've had since owning a cat. Would definitely buy a smaller second one!
