We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products. Because of the nature of our items and the size and cost of freight, we only accept returns when there is an issue with the product itself.
When we accept returns
We are happy to help if:
- You received an item that is damaged, defective or faulty
- You received the wrong product by mistake
If your return is approved for one of the reasons above, we will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a resolution without requiring the item to be sent back, depending on the situation. Replacements or refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected.
When returns are not accepted
Due to the size, weight and hygiene considerations of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or style chosen
- No longer required
- Your cat does not like it or will not use it
- Preference based dissatisfaction
- Normal wear, scratching or cosmetic marks from use
If you are unsure which size or style is right for your home or your cat, please contact us before purchasing and we will happily help you choose.
Warranty
If a genuine manufacturing defect appears within the warranty period, please contact us with photos and your order details so we can assess the issue quickly.

- Clear photos or video showing the issue
- A brief description of what happened
