Great litter "box"! I was looking for a low profile, stainless steel and stylish litter box and this is it. Cookie (5kg DSM) took to it straight away and hasnt had any issues with it. Big enough for her to turn around and scratch about with ease and no lingering smells.
My cat loves his new litter box! So much better than the plastic ones we always had to replace. I bought him one as we were moving to a new house, and he instantly started using it. I haven't placed the hood on yet just the high top, but we will try that soon.

Really like this new litter tray. Our kitten used to have litter flying everywhere while digging..not any more with the high sides. No more dustpan and brush clean up after each visit.

She was a bit hesitant at first but soon realised that this was great. It catches all the litter and certainly doesn’t go through the house it keeps everything clean and she thinks she’s very clever with the ramp as she is quite little.
Amazing litter box, I purchased for a few reasons. Our girl won’t use the litter box if it’s got more the two wees in it and if she’s does a poo we have to change the whole litter. I find this litter box doesn’t hold on to smells and easy to spot clean. Also looks like a sink, where she was notorious doing her number twos.

Order Processing
Orders ship in 1–2 business days. Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 9 am (next business day after 9 am). Tracking is emailed once sent.

StarTrack or TNT (AU). Standard International for NZ.
AU Shipping (weight-based)
Flat steps of $10 per 5 kg. Examples: 0–5 kg $10, 5–10 kg $20, 10–15 kg $30, 15–20 kg $40, 20 kg+ auto-calculated at checkout.
ETA: Metro 3–5 business days, Regional 5–7.
NZ Shipping
0–5 kg $20, 5–10 kg $30, 10–15 kg $50, 15–20 kg $60. ETA 6–27 business days.
PO Boxes & Delivery
PO Boxes accepted. Street addresses are usually 1–2 days faster. Most orders are Authority To Leave. If theft is common in your area, email us after purchase to request Signature on Delivery.
Split Shipments
Orders with in-stock and pre-order items are sent separately. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers.
Returns Policy
Change of mind or incorrect size: return within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition and packaging. Customer covers return postage plus a $25 handling and restocking fee.
Our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item): we cover return shipping.
Refunds
Processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Exceptions
Items not in original condition, or damaged/missing parts not due to our error, are not eligible for a full refund.
