Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation and then a tracking email once dispatched.
Fulfilment
- Orders placed before 9 am are usually sent the same business day.
- Orders placed after 9 am are sent the next business day.
- We ship via StarTrack Express for all orders except PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses, those are sent via standard Australia Post.
Australia — Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your total order weight. Because our stainless-steel litter boxes are larger, bulkier items, we use simple flat-rate steps to keep shipping fair and transparent across Australia.

- Remote destinations may take a little longer.
New Zealand — Shipping Rates
Standard International service. Delivery timeframes are typically 6–27 business days depending on destination and carrier processing.

Shipping FAQs
Do you ship to PO Boxes?Yes — PO Boxes are accepted. Please note delivery to a residential street address is generally 1–2 days faster than PO Boxes.
Signature on delivery vs. Authority To Leave
In areas where theft is frequent, please email us after purchase to opt into Signature on Delivery: hello@barelytherelitter.com.au. All other parcels are sent with Authority To Leave.
What if my order has in-stock and pre-order items?
We’ll ship available items first and send pre-order items once they arrive. You’ll receive split shipments with separate tracking numbers.
