Collection and use
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your identity and contact details, delivery and billing information, order history, support messages, device and browsing information, and payment-related information. We use this data to operate the storefront, process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, improve services, meet legal obligations and send marketing where consented to or otherwise permitted.
Service providers and overseas transfers
We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers such as Shopify, payment providers, SPX, our Singapore fulfilment provider, analytics and communications providers, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. Some providers may process personal data outside Singapore, including in Australia and other countries. We take reasonable steps to ensure transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that required by Singapore law.
Retention, security and requests
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary, including for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, and use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards. You may ask to access or correct personal data, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity, and withdrawal may affect a service that requires the data.
