how quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders are prepared by our local Singapore fulfilment partner. We email tracking details after your parcel is handed to SPX. If you need your order by a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can help check your options.

when will my order arrive?

Singapore orders are fulfilled locally and delivered by SPX. SPX aims to deliver within three days after collection. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

how much is shipping?

Singapore delivery is charged by total order weight:

Up to 5.7 kg: S$10
Over 5.7–10.7 kg: S$20
Over 10.7–15.7 kg: S$30
Over 15.7–20.7 kg: S$40
Over 20.7–25.7 kg: S$50

Your final delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.

which delivery carriers do you use?

Singapore orders are delivered by SPX from our local fulfilment partner.

what address details should I provide?

Enter your complete Singapore delivery address, including the unit number and a contact number. For a PO Box, locker or special delivery arrangement, check with our team before ordering so we can confirm suitability.

when will my pre-order be dispatched?

The estimated dispatch date for each pre-order is displayed on its product page when you place your order and in your order confirmation email. This date refers to when we expect the stock to be ready for dispatch, not when it will arrive at your address.

Once your pre-order leaves us, you will receive your tracking details.

what happens if my order includes an in-stock item and a pre-order?

If an item is offered as a pre-order, check its product page for the estimated dispatch date. For an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, contact our team to confirm how it will be sent.

how do I track my order?

We email your tracking link after handover to SPX. Follow that link for the latest delivery updates. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder or contact contact@barelytherelitter.com.au with your order number.

can I change my shipping address?

Email contact@barelytherelitter.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and correct address. Include your unit number and contact number. We will check whether the change is still possible; changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or dispatched.

what happens if nobody is home when my order arrives?

Check your SPX tracking updates for delivery or attempted-delivery instructions. Keep your contact number up to date and provide your full unit number at checkout. If you need help, contact contact@barelytherelitter.com.au with your order number.

my tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my order. what should I do?

Check around your delivery address, with others in your household and with building reception where applicable. Review the SPX tracking update and any delivery information provided. If you still cannot locate the parcel, email contact@barelytherelitter.com.au with your order number and tracking details so we can help investigate.
